Appointments & cancellations
Booking
An online booking is a request, not a confirmation. Our team calls or messages you to confirm the doctor, date and time. Please arrive 15 minutes early with your previous records and reports.
Cancellation
If you cannot keep an appointment, let us know at least a few hours ahead so the slot can be given to another patient. Repeated no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.
Medical information
Content on this website — including articles, service descriptions and FAQs — is general health information, not a diagnosis or a substitute for an in-person examination by a qualified ophthalmologist.
For an eye emergency, call us directly or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not rely on this website for urgent care.
Fees & payment
- Consultation, diagnostic and surgical charges are explained before treatment.
- Any package or procedure cost shared verbally is confirmed in writing at reception.
- Refunds, where applicable, follow our stated refund policy at the time of payment.
